Laying the At the KISS Group<\/span><\/b> we place great emphasis on developing the next generation of professionals, as our future depends significantly on it. At \u00c9MK Ltd., we support primary, secondary, and higher education institutions in various forms.\n\nIn elementary schools, we organize environment-themed competitions related to the operations and sustainability efforts of our companies, rewarding students with valuable prizes and a sense of achievement.<\/p>

Vocational and Secondary Education<\/b><\/strong>
To ensure a secure talent pipeline, we maintain partnerships with several vocational schools. In line with their curricula, we offer site visits, demonstrations, and consultations. One of our flagship initiatives is the Career Orientation Day at the University of Miskolc, organized annually in collaboration with three major regional chemical companies. Students engage with chemistry-related professions and education pathways through interactive activities.
Goal: To spark interest in professions practiced within the KISS Group and promote long-term career engagement.<\/p>

Higher Education Cooperation<\/b><\/strong>
A milestone in our higher education collaboration was the establishment of the Department of Fine Chemical and Environmental Technology at the University of Miskolc in May 2018, jointly with the KISS Group.\n\nWe actively employ young engineers and economists from across the country, focusing on knowledge and personal integrity over alma mater. However, we strive for an even closer partnership with the University of Miskolc, both in teaching and research.
Our professionals contribute to curriculum development and participate in classroom instruction.\n\nThrough dual training programs, our experts mentor university students from Miskolc and other institutions. We support their academic journey by offering thesis topics, supervision, and summer internships.<\/p>

The Group also supports postgraduate studies. In 2023, an \u00c9MK employee successfully defended their doctoral dissertation, opening the door for more colleagues to pursue PhDs in the future. This development marks a deepening collaboration between academia and industry not only in education, but also in scientific research and innovation.
