Since our founding in the year 2000, we have operated continuously, focusing on two core areas: the disposal of hazardous waste and the treatment of municipal and industrial wastewater. To truly understand what these activities encompass, we must look back on the events of the past — nearly a quarter of a century of dedicated work.
Our development has followed the principles laid out in our original company philosophy, which we have adhered to ever since. The different stages of our growth clearly highlight the fields in which we have become truly strong and reliable.
One of the fundamental environmental objectives of our operations is to contribute to reducing the ecological footprint of industry.
To further support this goal, we have consistently worked to minimize the ecological impact of our own activities through a variety of technical measures, technological improvements, and targeted investments. These efforts have led to: Improved emissions control across various environmental media, Upgrades to flue gas cleaning technologies, Heavy metal removal from wastewater generated by incineration, Intensification and efficiency improvement of our on-site wastewater treatment system.
A flagship example of our environmental commitment is the development of our Waste Pre-treatment Centre, which represents a model for innovation in waste reception and preparation.
At the beginning of our operations, the primary direction of development was defined by the goal of achieving business profitability and continuously expanding our partner network to support this objective.
To this end, we pursued strategic acquisitions, along with technological and logistical investments aimed at expanding our waste treatment capabilities. Step by step, these efforts led us to reach our current treatment capacity of 34,680 tons per year, which positions us as Hungary’s second largest operator in thermal waste disposal and recovery.
In the initial years, our primary task was the complete renovation of the wastewater treatment plant, including the construction of a homogenization basin system.
To enhance the safety and reliability of the treatment process, we significantly improved efficiency by implementing a deep aeration system.
To ensure the safe reception and treatment of new types of wastewater, we integrated advanced technological components into the system, based on chemical oxidation processes.
To ensure safe and reliable operations, our activities are carried out within the framework of modern, continuously improving management systems.
These include: ISO 9001 (QMS) – Quality Management System ISO 14001 (EMS) – Environmental Management System ISO 45001 (OHSMS) – Occupational Health and Safety Management System
Our organizational structure is designed to support modern and efficient operations, while meeting the expectations of our partners and stakeholders.
We ensure full compliance with both national and EU legislation, as well as with the requirements outlined in our permits, through continuous legal monitoring and a state-of-the-art internal monitoring system.
We have developed constructive and transparent relationships with surrounding municipalities, the local population, and other interested parties, within which information about our operations is readily available upon request.
To ensure the ongoing enhancement of our employees’ professional skills, we have compiled state-of-the-art educational resources and training tools.
As we look ahead, our focus must turn to the future. In line with this vision, one of our newest organizational units — the Development Group — has been established to broaden the company’s profile through the creation of professional partnerships and in-house R&D activities, R & D & I aimed at ensuring a more diversified and resilient operation.
A similar objective drives our efforts to expand our service portfolio, including the acquisition of new permits and the implementation of technical measures required for compliance.
Our strong partnerships with leading universities also play a key role in supporting innovation and building a foundation for long-term development.
