Following our offer, and upon acceptance of the proposed terms — and, where applicable, after a trial delivery — we provide the opportunity to enter into a formal contract. This ensures clarity and legal security for both parties throughout the waste transfer and acceptance process.
Before finalizing the agreement, we require full disclosure of all relevant information concerning the waste types, estimated quantities, and the operational details of the waste transfer process for the intended duration of the contract.

Upon written approval of the draft contract, we will send the finalized agreement in two signed copies by post. We kindly ask that one copy — countersigned by the Partner — be returned to us by return mail.
The following conditions apply to the delivery and acceptance of waste at the Sajóbábony site of EMK North-Hungary Environment Protection Ltd., in the case of a partner holding a valid waste transportation permit:
- A valid written agreement or contract must specify the waste type(s) intended for delivery or transfer.
- Based on the valid written agreement or contract, the delivery schedule must be submitted at least 2 working days prior to delivery to the following email address:

- Waste deliveries to the Sajóbábony site may only take place on working days between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and must follow the approved schedule.
- Upon delivery, the shipment must fully correspond to the pre-approved details, and be accompanied by the necessary transport documentation. In the case of hazardous waste, packaging and transport documents must comply with the current ADR regulations.
